Elon Musk's company xAI is suing a former employee, Xuechen Li, claiming he stole top-secret files upon leaving to work at OpenAI. The firm says Li stole advanced AI models and copied confidential data, that he tried to cover his tracks and that he gave notice that he was resigning days later. xAI is suing for damages, to recover the files and for an injunction.
