Text messages revealed the victim texted the suspect the night before the Oct. 24 shooting, telling him she did not want to be touched or manipulated by him and asked him not to make things uncomfortable at work, police said.
A medical examiner ruled the cause of death as head trauma and the accident report noted that neither of them were wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
