OJ Simpson is granted parole and will be released from prison

He was found guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping in 2008, and was sentenced to up to 33 years in prison. His bid for a new trial was rejected in 2013, but he was granted parole due to good behaviour. Simpson was not released due to other sentences. He has now been granted parole.
