El Salvador court upholds womans 30-year sentence in stillbirth case

In 2008, Teodora del Carmen Vasquez was convicted of aggravated murder in the death of her child who said was a stillborn. After serving a decade behind the bars, the Salvadorian court upheld her 30-year prison sentence on Dec.13.
