Car bomb kills Ukrainian military intelligence officer in Kiev

A colonel in Ukraines military intelligence service was killed in a car bomb in Kiev on June 27, the countrys Defence Ministry said, describing the incident as a terrorist act.Police said an explosive device in the vehicle blew up at 8.16am local time while the car was moving, killing the driver and wounding a passerby. The deceased man was reportedly named as Colonel Maksim Shapoval.
