Special counsel Robert Mueller has enlisted a grand jury to oversee the ongoing investigation into Russias interference in the 2016 election.The new phase of the expanding probe comes on the heels of a bipartisan bill aiming to protect Mr. Muellers investigation from White House obstructionism.
