A 31-year-old man died after driving a car filled with propane into his ex-girlfriends home. A police bodycam video shows the car on fire as officers try to extinguish the flames. Floridas Fort Pierce Department said driver Carl Philbert was involved in a dispute at the address before returning with his car and crashing into the apartment building. The car was packed with four 20 lb propane gas containers. 13 adults and five children were displaced because of the incident but escaped unharmed.
