France: At least 13 dead, 6 injured in Rouen bar fire

More than 50 firefighters are battling the situation in the northern French town of Rouen.

At least 13 people died and six others were injured after a fire ravaged and destroyed a bar in the northern French town of Rouen on Saturday.

The fire broke out around midnight during a private birthday party at the bar. Most of the victims are those who were attending the party and are reportedly young people.

The Interior Ministry of France said in a statement that the cause of the fire is being investigated.
