Two major opposition figures in Venezuela, Antonio Ledezma and Leopoldo Lopez, were taken from their homes in the early hours of 1 August, by government forces, according to members of both mens families. The arrests come after significant unrest in Venezuela over the weekend, following a controversial vote called by President Nicolas Maduro to change the constitution.
