Bumbling thief attempts to take cash register still plugged into wall

A bumbling thief struggled to remove a cash register still plugged into the wall during a robbery at an Auckland takeaway restaurant on 15 July. According to a police statement, two men armed with scissors and a knife robbed the store at about 8pm.
