Park Hae-jin tops Korean TV drama star brand reputation ranking

Park Hae-jin emerged as No. 1 with a score of 4.24 million.

Korean actor Park Hae-jin grabbed first place in the latest brand reputation ranking for Korean TV drama stars.

The Korea Institute for Corporate Reputation released the big data of 50 drama stars from April 20 to May 21 and measured consumer's brand participation and media volume and traffic.

Park Hae-jin emerged as No. 1 with a score of 4.24 million. He is currently starring in the drama "Man to Man," which started airing on JTBC on April 21.

Following him is Ji Chang Wook, star of the SBS TV drama "Suspicious Partner," who garnered 4.09 million. He also starred in the movie "Fabricated City" released last February in Korea.

Park's two "Man to Man" co-stars, Park Sung-woong and Kim Min-jung, placed third with 4.07 million and seventh with 2.63 million, respectively.

Ranking fourth to tenth are Yoo Seung-ho, 3.35 million; Kim So-hyun, 3.22 million; Nam Ji-hyun, 3.1 million; Kim Min-jung, 2.63 million; Yoo Ah In, 2.48 million; Chae Jung An, 2.47 million; and Chae Soo Bin, 2.43 million.

Boy band Infinite's L placed 11th with a score of 2.41 million followed by Yoong Kyun Sang, 2.24 million; Go Kyung Pyo, 1.93 million; Jo Woo Jin, 1.93 million; Honey Lee, 1.66 million; Yoon So Hee, 1.58 million; Kim Ji Hoon, 1.57 million; Im Soo Jung, 1.56 million; Lee Yoo Ri, 1.34 million; and Lee Ji Hoon, 1.34 million.

Grabbing the 21st to 25th places are Heo Joon Ho, 1.27 million; Choi Tae Joon, 1.23 million; Choi Jin Hyuk, 1.05 million; Oh Ji Eun, 1.03 million; and Yoon Hyun Min, 1.02 million.

"Park Hae-jin, Park Sung-woong and Kim Min-jung, who appear in the drama 'Man to Man, ranked No. 1, 3 and 7 in the drama actor brand reputation analysis in May 2017," said the institute's director Park Chang Hwan,.

According to the analysis, Park Hae-jin was associated with the keywords "handsome," "new" and "love."

Besides "Man to Man," he is also filming the movie "Cheese in the Trap" with Oh Yeon Seo and Park Ki Woong.
