Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh are scrambling for food and water. Nearly 400,000 Rohingya Muslims arrived from western Myanmar since Aug. 25. They are fleeing a Myanmar government offensive against insurgents. The UN called Myanmars actions ethnic cleansing.
