Descendants of the Sun actor Song Joong Ki is well known for his good manners and consistent work ethic. SHINee member Minho has now revealed that the 31-year-old actor is the most intelligent person among his friends.
During an appearance as a guest on the tvN variety show Problematic Men, the 24-year-old South Korean singer/actor, whose real name is Choi Min-ho, was asked who he thinks is the smartest, out of all his friends. He replied: "In my opinion, I think it would have to be Song Joong Ki."
"He really is intelligent. When we talk, he's very logical...even if we say the same things, he has this way of explaining his exact reasoning when he speaks. He not only sounds clever but he actually is smart in real life. He's also really gentle," he added.
Minho continued: "Honestly, I don′t think I′m eloquent. While watching ′Problematic Men′ a lot of things I didn′t know about would come out. However, I think I solved more problems than Jun Hyun Moo."
During the segment, the main vocalist of the group also dished how he joined SM Entertainment. He said: "I had given up on my dreams of becoming a soccer player and I was just going to school as a normal student when I was casted on the street."
"As I was going to the audition, I thought to myself, 'There's no way I'll make it.' I didn't prepare a song or a dance. And then when I finally got there, my mind went blank and I couldn't remember a single song. I ended up singing the Korean national anthem. They asked me to sing one more song, so then I sang my school's song. They took my picture and then later, I found out that I had passed the auditions," Minho stated.
