It seems like the days of the Descendants of the Sun are back. Captain Yoo Si Jin is yet again out of the cocoon, and fans are drooling over the handsome Hallyu star.
The well wishers of the monster hit drama experienced a sweet treat when the picture of their favorite star clad in an army uniform went viral on Wednesday. As per reports, an avid fan of the boyish looking hunk uploaded Song Joong Ki's picture on social media, where the actor is seen donning an army uniform.
According to Soompi, the 31-year-old went to receive reserve forces training, and one of his fans clicked the picture. The report suggest that Joong Ki, who completed his mandatory service in 2015, was there for the compulsory training, failure of which is regarded as a criminal act.
The netizen who uploaded the picture also apologized the actor in the caption for clicking him without notice. The surfer wrote: "Wow it's Yoo Si Jin. [I'm] a reservist with Song Joong Ki hyung, sorry for taking the photo without permission."
Meanwhile, the Daejyeon born actor, who is rumoured to be dating his co-star Song Hye Kyo, enrolled for police services in August, 2013, ten days after a fan meet.
The actor went under a 21-month training at the 102nd draft camp in Chuncheon and was discharged in May, 2015. Right after his discharge, Joong Ki was signed by Next Entertainment to play a lead in the record-breaking drama, Descendant of the Sun; the same drama which apparently helped the actor to find a girl of his dreams.
