Park Hae-jin was recently reported to have signed a new drama titled "Four Men". It was considered that Park Hae-jin certainly likes to keep himself busy and therefore signed another drama even before his currently airing Man to Man ended.

But, according to the recent reports, the reality is something else. The upcoming drama of Park Hae-jin, Four Men is reportedly a prequel to his currently airing drama Man to Man.

According to dramabeans, the sources from the production company of the drama, Mountain Movement Story revealed that since last year, Four Men was planned in conjunction with Man to Man, and currently they are discussing about the timeslot with SBS.

Reportedly, the upcoming romantic thriller will revolve around a female detective who after losing the man she loved gets swept up in various events.

Initially, it was mentioned that Park Hae-jin is to be playing four different characters in the drama but now that it is revealed that it's a prequel of Man to Man, viewers will have to wait and see what the showrunners have in-stored for them.

Well, one surprising thing though is that the Four Men is to be shown in SBS, whereas Man to Man is a JTBC show. The prequel of the same show to be aired at a different station is a little weird.

The upcoming drama will reportedly be directed by My Sassy Girl's director, Oh Jin-seok and he will be joined by Kim Je-young as a screenwriter.

By July, the producers are hoping to get the main and supporting cast lined up. They are planning to start filming the same in latter half of the year.
