The ranking of male trainees for this week's "Produce 101" Korean survival TV show has experienced major changes.

Kim Jong Hyun, a member of boy band NU'EST and managed by Pledis Entertainment, climbed seven places to be No. 1.

He dethroned favorite Park "Wink Boy" Ji Hoon, who dropped to third place from the top spot.

Kang Daniel also made a surprising move by grabbing second place, up from his fifth place ranking last week.

The biggest surprise is Kim Samuel, who dropped 15 spots to 17th from second place.

Another NU'EST member, Hwang Min Hyun, took the fourth spot, making his way from 11th place.

Cube Entertainment's Lai Guan Lin finished fifth this week from ninth while Fantagio's Ong Sung Woo dropped two places to sixth.

The program is still reeling from illegal votes coming from China. Mnet has discovered that CJ One accounts, used to vote trainees, are being sold and bought from websites in China.

For this week's mission, the trainees showed their skills in rapping, dancing and singing.
