Kate Middleton and Prince William are hit by reports that their marriage is in trouble. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrated their fifth anniversary on 29 April.

According to InTouch Weekly, the royal pair who have two children together, will attend couples therapy to save their relationship. An alleged source said: "Plagued by personal and royal tensions, Prince William and Kate Middleton's 5-year union hits a rough patch. Five years after tying the knot at Westminster Abbey as millions of people tuned in across the globe, William and Kate's marriage is in trouble and they're heading towards couples therapy."

The insider added: "They're dealing with all the usual problems married couples face, but they also have the extra pressure of being in the public eye. Their issues are on an even bigger scale, and they're constantly arguing at the moment about the pressure Kate is under, William's attitude about it and how to raise their kids. They're going through a very rocky patch."

Amidst these rumours, Kate accidentally revealed the sweet name she uses for Prince William, during a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show in London. Garden designer Charlie Albone told Channel 9's Today Show that she overheard the royal couple's conversation. She recalled: "I got to meet Prince Will and Prince Harry. Prince William was quite funny actually. He came up and said, 'What [flower] is this one?' and I replied, 'That's a Buxus'."

She added: "Princess Catherine just turned to him and said, 'Babe, we've got those. We've got loads of those.' "
