Donald Trump was caught peeking at Melania Trump's ballot on election day. In a photo that has gone viral, the Republican presidential nominee was pictured taking a glance at his wife's ballot as they cast their votes in Manhattan.

Instantly, memes started trending on Twitter, mocking Donald.

Melania has stood by Donald during his darkest times and lowest low points. During the presidential campaign, he had received backlash for a vulgar conversation he had with former Access Hollywood host Billy Bush back in 2005. In the leaked video, the 70-year-old is seen making lewd comments about women.

"I moved on her and I failed, I'll admit it. I did try and f**k her. She was married," Donald says in the video.

"You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything," he added.

However, Melania issued a statement about Donald following the controversy. The former model said: "The words my husband used are unacceptable and offensive to me."

"This does not represent the man that I know," she added. "He has the heart and mind of a leader. I hope people will accept his apology, as I have, and focus on the important issues facing our national and the world."
