In her interview with Oriental Sunday the actress, while confirming the news, also expressed happiness of her newly acquired freedom.

"Currently, I am free to do the things I want because I have regained my freedom. Maybe everyone will see lesser of me in the future, but do not worry," Tavia said.

On asked if she feels pity about leaving the network, the 36-year-old bluntly said: "I don't find it a pity. My contract has ended currently, but I will still continue to film dramas."

Yeung's contract with TVB expired in April and, reportedly, the actress showed no indication to renew her contract.

Meanwhile, in her Q & A session on Facebook, the actress shared some insights from her personal life too.

The actress who got married last month stated: "I hope to hold my wedding banquet at the end of this year, and I will also focus on my work. We can have our couple time anytime. I also hope to enjoy my honeymoon like Myolie Wu, and I will plan for it."

"In life, we should at least indulge in ourselves once, and having freedom is not a bad choice. However, I will focus on my career in the short term, and hope to open a new page in my career," Yeung asserted.
