Off-duty cop in deadly shoot-out whilst holding infant son An off-duty military policeman was being hailed in Brazilian media on November 18 after he shot and killed two suspected robbers in a pharmacy, all the while holding his young son in his arms. Dramatic CCTV footage shows the incident, in which Sgt Rafael Souza, of the 49th Metropolitan Battalion, fired on the intruders while in the company of his wife and young son.

Dashcam footage shows small plane clipping a tree and crashing onto a Florida highway A small plane clipped a tree and crashed in west Florida on 19 November as the 61-year-old pilot tried to make an emergency landing. He reportedly experience engine trouble. Two deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff and amp;#39;s Office released a dashcam footage of the plane crashing on a highway around half a mile from Clearwater Airpark. The officers were in the area on an unrelated call. Both the pilot and a passenger escaped unhurt.

Manson was rushed to a hospital in Bakersfield, California on Nov. 14 due to unknown medical illness - the second time in 2017. He died at 8.13pm US Pacific Time, local media quoted Californias Corcoran State Prison as saying.In the 1960s, Manson, a charismatic ex-convict, assembled a group of runaways and outcasts known as the Manson Family. In the summer of 1969, he directed his mostly young, female followers to murder seven people in what prosecutors said was part of a plan to incite a race war.
