Moya Holdings Asia, which designs and builds water treatment systems, on Monday said that the Indonesian Supreme Court dismissed a class action lawsuit against a unit of Moya's recent acquisition, Acuatico.

The decision dismisses a class action lawsuit launched in November 2012 by 12 individuals, who had sought to terminate the policy on privatisation of drinking water in Jakarta.

Moya Holdings Asia offers engineering, field construction, project management and operations, and maintenance services to municipal, industrial and commercial customers.

At 0300 GMT, shares in the company were down 3.7 percent to S$0.105 on the Singapore Exchange. The stock has surged 98 percent so far this year.
