A familys surveillance cameras have captured the moment a Minneapolis police officer shot and injured two dogs in their backyard. Jennifer LeMay posted the video on Facebook. It appears to show the police officer enter her backyard on July 8 and look around, before drawing his firearm and shooting two Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Both animals were taken to a vet, and are expected to survive. The Minneapolis Police Department is now investigating the incident.

Man dies after crashing propane-loaded car into ex-girlfriends home

A 31-year-old man died after driving a car filled with propane into his ex-girlfriends home. A police bodycam video shows the car on fire as officers try to extinguish the flames. Floridas Fort Pierce Department said driver Carl Philbert was involved in a dispute at the address before returning with his car and crashing into the apartment building. The car was packed with four 20 lb propane gas containers. 13 adults and five children were displaced because of the incident but escaped unharmed.

More than half of them are said to have happened at the former childrens care home, Haut de la Garenne. The report has recommended demolishing the building to eradicate its unhappy past.

Rocha had managed to avoid capture using plastic surgery to change his appearance.
