Centurion to begin trading on HK Exchange from Dec 12, to retain SGX listing

Centurion, which owns and operates workers and student accommodation assets, on Wednesday said it will offer 36 million shares in a secondary Hong Kong listing.

The shares will be priced no lower than HK$3 per share and no more than HK$3.30 apiece, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Trading of the shares in Hong Kong, under stock code 6090, is expected to begin on December 12 at 9am.

The company had said earlier that it does not intend to delist from the Singapore Stock Exchange.

UOB Kay Hian, Pacific Foundation Securities and VBG Capital Limited are joint coordinators and bookrunners on the placement.

Shares in the company rose 1 percent to S$0.55 on the Singapore Exchange. The stock has surged 75 percent over the past one year.
