Paleontologists surprised to find 201-million-year-old Triassic period fossil of Plesiosaur in Germany

An analysis in 2013 by LWL-Museum für Naturkunde in Münster revealed that the fossil is a marine reptile from the Triassic period between 251 million and 199 million years ago.
