Aloe Vera is a powerhouse of 75 known nutrients. It contains enzymes which are highly beneficial for your hair. Aloe Vera gel has the same chemical composition as that of keratin- the protein that is required to make your hair strong and smooth. The gel is extremely useful and is easy to apply. It swiftly penetrates the hair shafts and gives each hair strand the required moisturisation.

The gel is easy to make at home. All you need to make the Aloe Vera gel is the extract from the stem which you then need to dilute with water. Apply the gel on your hair and let it rest for 30 minutes. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.

Banana is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins, natural oils and potassium. This antioxidant helps fight free radicals. Banana hair pack moisturises the hair thus reducing the frizz. Adding yoghurt to the mixture will definitely work wonders. It also acts as a natural conditioner.

To make the perfect blend, mash a ripe banana and mix two teaspoons of yoghurt to it. Blend it thoroughly to smoothen all the lumps. Apply the pack on your hair and keep it for 45 minutes. Rinse it well with a shampoo.

Eggs and honey can work wonders

For the pack, you would need to mix one cup of mayonnaise and two teaspoons of mashed avocados. Beat the mixture till it becomes fluffy and apply it on your hair. Cover your hair for one hour with a shower cap and rinse it off with shampoo.
