Woman distracted by phone seriously injured in basement fall

CCTV footage shows the moment a woman was seriously injured falling through open bilco doors. The 67-year-old woman stumbled and fell after being distracted by her phone. She fell six feet into the basement of a window pane store and had to be taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. Local reports say she is now in stable condition.
