Two wild elephants swept out to sea rescued by Sri Lankan navy

The dramatic rescue took place off the coast of Trincomalee on July 23. This is the second time the Sri Lankan navy has been brought in to rescue a floundering elephant in recent weeks, with another animal being pulled to safety in Kokilai on July 11.
