The person in question is seen wearing a red bandana and a blue zip-up jacket.

A viral YouTube video is claiming to that legendary rapper Tupac Shakur is alive and well. The clip shows a photo of a man having a close resemblance to the late rapper, who would be 45 now.

The person in question is seen wearing a red bandana and a blue zip-up jacket. The video states: "Did you saw this? It is Tupac, guys, 100 per cent - same eyebrows and lips."

The sensational claim has received mixed reaction on social media. Adding on, the video has been watched over 1.3 million times.

The Harlem-born rapper was shot and killed in Las Vegas on 7 September 1996. He was travelling in a car with Death Row Records founder Suge Knight after attending a Mike Tyson boxing match at the MGM Grand, when he was fatally wounded in the drive-by shooting.

There have been a number of conspiracy theories over the years as fans refuse
to believe Tupac died. In May 2014, former Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer Chris Carroll revealed the last words spoken by Shakur as he lay dying. He said: "I kept asking over and over, 'Who did this? Who shot you?' And he basically kept ignoring me. He looked at me and he took a breath to get the words out, and he opened his mouth, and I thought I was actually going to get some co-operation. And then the words came out: 'F**k you.'"

The rapper is one of the highest-earning deceased celebrities in the world, with more than 75 million albums sold to date.
