The "Titanic" movie, which is an epic romantic tragedy of all times, starring Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet, is set to return to theatres with Dolby Vision technology. This new technology is all set to take visual experience to a whole new level of standard image quality by enhancing brightness.

The movie is celebrating its 20th anniversary by re-releasing at selective theatres like AMC theatres Dolby Laborartiers and Paramount Pictures. The shows begin on December 1 and will run for a week in the US in 20 locations. The 1997 flick will be showcased in 87 theatres in both 2D and 3D. Moreover, AMC Theatres has announced that they will be selling tickets online for US audience.

The moviegoers in US will experience first ever re-release of the Fox entertainment's pictures in Dolby vision because of the direct partnership between James Cameron and Paramount Pictures and in order to showcase the best theatre experience in an incredible way. National Geographic Channel will team up with director James Cameron for one hour special along with National Geographic Ocean Explorer Robert Ballard, historian Parks Stephenson, author Don Lynch and visual historian Ken Marschall to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the movie

The program, which will also air the classic flick will take you back to 20 years of new discoveries and revelations. It will also showcase how the director used the footage for underwater scenes, computer-generated simulation and his scholarly research work to re-examine the wreck.

The Oscar-winning director will give viewers an insight into his personal journey of this successful movie including the underrated interpretations of how the ship had sunk on April 14, 1912.

The movie Titanic is the winner of 11 Academy Awards, including Best Pictures and Best Director which had made Leonardo Di Capro and Kate Winslet who played Jack and Rose in the classic movie A-listers.
