Cyclists helmet cam captures shocking hit-and-run in Tennessee Greg Goodman was biking with his friend, Tyler Noe, on a stretch of road in Franklin, Tennessee, on July 8, when a car smacked Noe and took off without stopping. Goodman wrote that he was taken to a hospital and was doing well. According to the National Park Service, 58-year-old Marshall Grant Neely III was arrested on Sunday (July 8) by the Williamson County Sheriffs Office.
