Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who is currently shooting for the Baywatch reboot in Miami, always makes extra effort to keep everyone updated and give a sneak peek into the sets of the movie.

The 43-year-old was shooting outside the Memorial Health hospital in Savannah, Georgia, where the actor decided to 'put production team on hold' and make a sudden visit to the pediatric ward of the hospital. He wrote in one of his instagram posts that he wanted to surprise the kids in the specialty ward by interacting with them.

Talking about his encounter with a little kid, he wrote: "Look at the concentration on lil' Aiden's face. And good Lord I wish I had Aiden's concentration when I was in my high school math classes. I wouldn't have failed Algebra twice."

The 'Furious 7' star also made a point to visit a teenager whose mother was very keen and 'pleaded' the production team to let 'The Rock' meet his ailing son who was not present at the pediatric ward.

The actor, who has a daughter, 14-year-old Simone, with ex-wife Dany Garcia, and Jasmine, three months, with girlfriend Lauren Hashian, said as a father he can truly understand that parents "would do anything to take their kid's pain away and ANYTHING to bring a smile to their faces".

The WWE champion also posted a picture on his instagram account where he is seen interacting with the kid and his family.

Currently, Dwayne is shooting for the R-rated reboot with hothead Zac Efron at the beached of Miami. The other cast of the movie includes Alexandra Daddario, Priyanka Chopra, Kelly Rohrbach and Hannibal Buress. Reportedly David Hasselhoff, the original star of the series is set to join the shooting soon.
