Robert Pattinson showed off his new hairstyle at the 2017 Deauville American Film Festival on 2 September in France. The Twilight actor turned heads when he walked the red carpet in buzz cut.
At the event, the British actor received a special achievement award by Oscar-nominated actress Berenice Bejo. There was also a screening of his new movie, Good Time.
Many fans were quick to notice the similarity between his new hairdo with his former girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. The 27-year-old actress had shaved her head in March.
At that time, during an appearance on the Today show, she had talked about her drastic new look. She said: "I'm doing a movie in a couple of weeks called Underwater. I play a mechanical engineer who is working on an oil rig that's on the bottom of the ocean floor."
"For me, [the hair] was practical, I'm not going to be able to have touch ups when I put the helmet on, I must shave my head," Stewart added.
