North Korean defector introduces famine meat to South Korea

North Korean defector Hong Eun-hye is bringing her countrys food to South Korea. In her new North Korean food store south of the border, she is introducing injogogi, or man-made meat. Its an artificial meat substitute, made of soybean pomace and is a major source of protein for North Koreans who cannot afford to buy real meat. It first came to prominence in North Korea during the 90s famine.
