Harvey Hurricane has been estimated to be the second strongest natural disasters in the history of America after Hurricane Katrina. The disaster ripped through the Gulf coast devastating homes, buildings and properties in a number of cities like Houston, which was completely wrecked due to the flood.

In support of the Hurricane Harvey victims, some celebrities stepped forward to help those who have been terribly affected by the tragedy. Take a look at the celebs who donated money to help the victims.

Leonardo DiCaprio's foundation was among the first one to contribute $1million, when United Way Worldwide declared the formation of the United Way Harvey Recovery Fund.

The "Revenant" star tweeted about the flood and how it has affected the residents of Texas and Louisiana. He also urged others to join him in helping the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

"Flooding has forced thousands in Texas & Louisiana from their homes. Join me in supporting the @RedCross: http://www.redcross.org," he tweeted.

Sandra Bullock

The "Gravity" star also donated $1million to the Red Cross from her part to help the victims who have gone through the tragic calamity.

"There are no politics in eight feet of water. There are human beings in eight feet of water." says Bullock in regards to the dreadful hurricane.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

The "Fast and Furious" star donated $25,000 to the Red Cross and also shared the struggle and devastation, his family went through when Hurricane Andrew hit in the 1990s. He uploaded a post on Instagram where he supported and encouraged the Harvey victims.

Hart started the #HurricaneHarveyReliefChallenge and tagged other celebs and famous personalities like Barack Obama, Dwayne Johnson, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake and Chris Rock for the challenge. From his side, he donated $25,000 to help the victims.

Kris Jenner, though she was not personally tagged by Kevin Hart, accepted the #HurricaneHarveyReliefChallenge and donated $5million on behalf of the rest of the family.

"My daughters and I accept your challenge @kevinhart4real. We will be donating $500,000 to @americanredcross and @salvationarmyus today to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey.", posted Jenner on Instagram.

The pop rapper also accepted the #HurricaneHarveyReliefChallenge by Kevin Hart and donated $2500 for the victims.

"I'll donate 25k for Houston.Praying for everyone there. Great work @kevinhart4real" wrote Minaj along with a video of Kevin Hart on Instagram.
