Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T) on Thursday said it is currently undertaking a strategic review of its China logistics portfolio to boost operations.

Keppel T&T, a unit of conglomerate Keppel Corp, aims to optimise and focus resources to become the urban logistics solutions provider of choice, it said in a statement on Thursday.

Keppel T&T has appointed Evercore Asia (Singapore) Pte as its financial adviser to assist with the strategic review.

However, there is no assurance that any transaction will materialise from such a strategic review or that any definitive or binding agreement will be reached, the company said.
