Justin Bieber breaks eight Guinness World Records for 2017 edition

The Guinness World Records 2017 Edition will be available on 8 September 2016.

Canadian singer Justin Bieber broke eight world records for the 2017 edition of the Guinness World Records and is the proud owner of eight new titles.

The 22-year-old singer holds an impressive set of record titles including 'Most streamed track on Spotify in one week' for his single "What Do You Mean?" and 'Most streamed album on Spotify in one week'.

The title list also includes 'Most simultaneous new entries in the Hot 100 by a solo artist', 'Most simultaneous tracks on the US singles chart', and 'First act to occupy all top three positions simultaneously on UK singles chart'.

The singer's social media force also helped him to achieve titles like 'Most followers on twitter (male)', 'Most viewed music channel on YouTube (individual)' and 'Most subscribers on YouTube for a musician (male)'.

Recently, a team of Guinness World Records staff and an official adjudicator presented Justin with certificates celebrating his magnificent record-breaking achievements.
