Home United host Myanmar's Yadanarbon FC in their final Group H tie of 2017 AFC Cup at Jalan Besar Stadium on 18 April.

The hosts, who are sitting pretty at the top of the table with 6 points, 2 more than nearest rivals Yadanarbon, who have a game in hand, are heading into the crucial match with a chance of sealing their spot in the zonal semi-final as they will progress past the group stages if they manage a win on Tuesday.

On the other hand, a defeat will mean they will have to wait for results of matches in the other two Asean groups as only the group winners and the best-placed runner-up progresses to the zonal last-four stage.

A nine-day break has helped the Protectors recover, especially after they played three games in a span of nine days earlier this month, which includes their hard-fought 5-4 win against Vietnam's Than Quang Ninh on the road.

Custodian Hassan Sunny will be back along with winger Christopher van Huizen and centre-back Afiq Yunos as the trio have recovered from injuries. The focus will also be on Stipe Plazibat, who has been in fine form, scoring 13 goals in nine games for the team so far.

Aidil Sharin's men have lost only one game in nine matches (all competitions) this season - 1-0 defeat to Yadanarbon in their earlier fixture - and going by their recent form, the hosts should be able to claim revenge and make it past the group stages for the first time since 2012.

On the other hand, Yadanarbon, who have in-form Myanmar internationals in the team, will be high on confidence as they have already tamed the Protectors. However, with a large crowd expected to cheer Home, the defending Myanmar National League champions will be tested in the all-important fixture.
