Girls' Generation's Tiffany releases debut album after six-month delay

Tiffany is the second Girl's Generation member to release solo album.

Girls' Generation member Tiffany Hwang is all set to release her first solo mini album next week. Reportedly, the singer filmed her title track music video and did a cover photo shoot on April 25.

The American singer actress is the second one from the Girl's Generation group who will be going solo. Previously, the leader of the band, Kim Taeyeon, released her first solo album in October last year which was a huge hit and topped the Billboard World Album chart in 2015.

Meanwhile, Tiffany, who is giving finishing touches to her upcoming album, was expected to release her solo debut in November last year. However, due to production issues, the 26-year-old had to push the release date six months ahead.

It is said that the newest mini album from the talented singer captures different genres. According to Soompi, the album "will showcase Tiffany's unique charms and musicality", which the singer has gained with years of practice. The reports also suggests that the singer is also planning for hardcore practice sessions in order to show a more perfect performance onstage.

Tiffany is currently a regular cast member of KBS 2TV's "Unni's Slam Dunk."
