'Drained and unhappy' Justin Bieber cancels Meet and Greet with fans

The event crew says the popular session have been cancelled due to security issues.

All the routes of getting up close and personal with pop singer Justien Bieber have been closed and the star is really feeling apologetic about it.

The VIP meet and greet session, where people used to get the opportunity to hang out with the star backstage by paying extra bugs, will no more be there for the fans to enjoy. The event managers, and Bieber himself have released a post on social media announcing the cancellation, while the reasons of both the parties did do not match.

Where the crew has released a statement with the reasoning of 'security breach', the 'Love Yourself' hit maker explained about his emotional exhaustion. In his post, the 22-year-old Canadian singer wrote that he feels emotionally drained out by seeing the expectations of his fans.

"I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy.. Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression .. The pressure of meeting people's expectations of what I'm supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders. Never want to disappoint but I feel I would rather give you guys the show and my albums as promised", Bieber wrote on his Instagram.

Shorty after Bieber's post went live, his crew and event managers released a statement on Twitter announcing cancellations, and refunds of the tickets.
