"Autumn in My Heart" actor Won Bin is all set to return to the big screen after almost seven years. His agency, Eden 9, has confirmed in a statement that the actor will star in "Still Life" and more announcements will be made soon.

"We will make a decision after we receive the final script for the movie," the statement added. Won's last film was the critically acclaimed "The Man from Nowhere" in 2010.

"Still Life" is produced by the same team which made the acclaimed "Prison" and the expectations are sky high. A source from the production house told Soompi that they are still in the process of finalizing the script for the big screen adaptation, and has already revised it 10 times. The report further revealed that the final script of "Prison" was revised 25 times before beginning the production.

"The Man from Nowhere" directed by Lee Jeong-beom was South Korea's highest grossing film in 2010. The film follows the story of a decorated ex-black operations soldier who embarks on a bloody rampage when the only person who seems to understand him is kidnapped.

"Still Life" is the remake of Umberto Pasolini's 2013 film of the same name. According to Soompi, "The movie volves around a civil servant who dedicates his life to finding the family members and arranging funerals for individuals who pass away alone."

The film was screened at the 70th Venice Film Festival, where it won the Best Director award. It has also won a number of other awards at the Reykjavik International Film Festival, the FIPRESCI Award, the Black Pearl award at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival for "its humanity, empathy, and grace in treating grief, solitude, and death."

Meanwhile, it looks like Won's wife Lee Na Young is also looking for a possible comeback. Last year, her agency stated, "Lee Na Young is looking at the offers she received with a positive mindset. There isn't any talk of appearing in a specific piece of work just yet, but if there is a drama or movie that catches her eye, she plans to appear in it."
