The social media mogul Mark Zuckerberg is one of the richest people on Earth. He is now trying to find out what lies beyond the stars. Just about last year, the father of Facebook had joined hands with Star Shot Project, which aims to send robots into deep space. The project, which has already been called the "most-ambitious alien finding project ever" by The Independent, would send robots instead of humans into space. These are supposed to take pictures and send them back to our home planet for further examination. This project is significant also because it got assistance from legendary theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking.

Robert Bigelow, a billionaire real estate developer, has been quite open regarding his belief in alien lives. According to The Independent, he himself had proudly informed that he has exhausted "millions and millions and millions," looking for proofs about extraterrestrial life forms' existence. According to Bigelow, he has spent more money in searching for aliens than anyone in the entire United States. Robert Bigelow also owns Bigelow Aerospace in Las Vegas, which devises and develops spacecraft for governments and also private businesses, where men would be able to live in the future. The firm, so far, has effectively launched two spacecraft into space -- Genesis I and II.

Last but definitely not the least is, perhaps, the name that you are most familiar with and it's Elon Musk, the SpaceX founder and CEO. SpaceX develops, designs and also launches satellites, rockets and even spaceships into deep space. However, Elon Musk is more interested in setting up a colony on Mars than conducting intergalactic voyages. He has already announced his goal and if everything turns out according to his plans, spaceships would start flying to and from the Red Planet within 10 years from now.
