The Weeknd's close ones are forcing him to write a diss song about Justin Bieber. The Baby hitmaker described the Starboy singer's music as "wack".

Celebrity gossip website TMZ had uploaded a clip of a paparazzo asking Bieber if he could listen to The Weeknd's music, to which the Boyfriend singer replied: "Hell no, I can't listen to a Weeknd song. That s**t's wack."

A source told Hollywood Life: "[The Weeknd's] boys keep telling him to do a diss track of sorts on Justin Bieber but he's cool on it. Let's face it, Justin is a walking diss track all on his own. He does an excellent job of making an ass out himself every time he opens his mouth or steps outside his house, he doesn't need any help in that department."

Rumours that The Weeknd and Bieber's former girlfriend, Selena Gomez are dating started after the two were seen kissing while leaving dinner at Giorgio Baldi restaurant on 10 January in Santa Monica, California. On 26 January, the two were spotted together in Florence, Italy.

Gomez and Bieber started dating in 2010 and have had an on-and-off relationship until 2014. The former Disney star had previously revealed that she is unhappy with the constant scrutiny about her relationship with Bieber. She told W magazine: "I'm so exhausted. I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can't do it anymore."

"To me it was: I'm 18, I have a boyfriend, we look cute together, we like that. Then I got my heart broken and I cared. Because people had no idea what was going on, but everywhere it was a million different things. I was kind of in a corner, banging my head against the wall. I didn't know where to go," Gomez added.
