Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki confirms her engagement with NBA veteran David Lee

Earlier Wozniacki had a relationship with golf star Rory McIlroy but they split in 2014.

2017 WTA Finals Singapore winner Caroline Wozniacki has confirmed her engagement to the American basketball star David Lee on 3 November, Friday.

The current world rank three Wozniacki made her engagement official on Twitter by posting a picture of her engagement ring and a text which said,"Happiest day of my life yesterday saying yes to my soul-mate."

The 27-year-old tennis ace has won the 2017 WTA Finals which was held in Singapore and presented by SC Global on 29 October, Sunday after defeating American tennis star Venus Williams by 6-4, 6-4.

On the other hand, the 34-year-old Lee is an NBA free agent and spent most of his basketball career with New York Knicks and Golden State Warriors. He had also played for other teams like Mavericks and Celtics. Lee was featured in the last NBA season, where he performed for Texas-based team San Antonio Spurs in the last season.

Lee also posted on social media about their engagement and he said, "She said yes! So thrilled to be engaged to my soul-mate."

Earlier Wozniacki had a relationship with golf star Rory McIlroy but they broke in 2014. Both were together from 2011 to 2014 but ended the relationship shortly after sending their wedding invitations.
