Obsessed Lee Dong Wook misses Goblin; Grim Reaper grew deep within actor?

When viewers get hooked to a particular show they really miss it when it ends and that's a known fact but rarely do we see the actors missing their characters. Well, in the case of tvN 'Goblin' not only viewers, actor Lee Dong Wook too misses his character, the Grim Reaper.

The actor posted a series of pictures on his Instagram account from the hit tvN fantasy drama that recently ended. In one of the pictures, Lee Dong Wook is seen in a black sweater and is talking to another character. In another picture, the actor is in the costume of the Grim Reaper. He captioned the snaps saying 'goodbye to Grim Reaper, Wang Yeo and Lee Hyuk'.

After the show ended, the actor's agency King Kong Entertainment shared a video of Lee Dong Wook. In the footage, the actor revealed that the cast and crew of the tvN drama had loads of fun on the set of the series.

"Goblin" not only won the hearts of the viewers of South Korea but also in other parts of the world. Lee Dong Wook thanked all the fans in the clip and promised that he will be back to television soon with better acting and in a different character which he hopes everyone would love and support like they did this time.

The finale of the drama ended on a sad note with Eun Tak passing away but she did reunite with Goblin in their afterlife. Grim Reaper and Sunny too did not get together but the finale episode was loved by the fans. The last episode received the highest ratings on cable television ever, breaking the record of Reply 1988.

The finale episode of the drama achieved an average viewer rating of 20.5% and a peak of 22.1%. The previous record was held by Reply 1988's episode 20 which had an average viewer rating of 19.6% and a peak of 21.6, according to a report in Koreaboo.
