Nintendo Switch gaming console is barely eight days old following its release while the prolific Italian hacker and iOS jailbreak developer, Luca Todesco, has already teased a screenshot depicting the jbme exploit running on the device. With the growing hype and popularity surrounding the new console notwithstanding, owners of Nintendo Switch are eager to explore visually-stunning games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on the latest gaming device.

Given the popularity of the device, security researchers and hackers seem too keen on unearthing the hidden potential of Nintendo Switch by liberating it from its factory restrictions. Todesco has recently hinted at the console's hidden capabilities by tweeting a text saying, "that's just how it does", which is paired with a screenshot showing the jbme exploit in action.

It is further ascertained that the hacker has just used an existing exploit from iOS without really investing any effort into modifying the current firmware on Nintendo Switch.

Nevertheless, the ability to run jailbreak exploits on the new Nintendo hardware clearly suggests brighter future prospects for building unofficial tweaks and apps for the benefit of power-hungry users as well as hackers worldwide.
