Melania Trump has raised eyebrows with her choice of outfit for the second presidential debate held at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S. on 9 October. The 46-year-old wife of 2016 U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump wore a Gucci shirt called "Pussy-bow" as stated on Net-a-Porter.

The description read: "Gucci's Spring '16 runway focused on retro-inspired details including the pussy-bow - a key trend of the season. Crafted from silk-chiffon in a feminine pink hue, this diaphanous blouse comes with a detachable beige stretch-silk camisole."

Melania paired the $1,100 silk crepe de chine top with a matching pair of pants, white clutch and heels.

Shockingly, this comes after Donald received backlash for a vulgar conversation he had with former Access Hollywood host Billy Bush back in 2005. In the leaked video, the 70-year-old is seen making lewd comments about women.

"I moved on her and I failed, I'll admit it. I did try and f**k her. She was married," Donald says in the video.

"You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything," he added.

The clip was recorded soon after Donald and Melania got married. She was also reportedly pregnant with their son at the time.

Meanwhile, Melania issued a statement about Donald following the controversy. The former model said: "The words my husband used are unacceptable and offensive to me."

"This does not represent the man that I know," she added. "He has the heart and mind of a leader. I hope people will accept his apology, as I have, and focus on the important issues facing our national and the world."
