La La Land actress Emma Stone reveals about her struggles and phobias

Actress Emma Stone is being highly praised by the critics for her amazing performance in the film La La Land. The actress recently revealed about not so known facts about her life.

In an interview with EW, the Amazing Spider-Man actress revealed how at at an early age she realized she wanted to act and in the ninth grade, quit high school for acting.

The actress stated: "It's the last period of the day, and I have a revelation that I needed to move to Los Angeles as soon as possible because that's where I needed to go. I know, it was crazy".

Stone convinced her parents to pursue acting as it is her dream. The Oscar nominee was very nervous and shy right from her childhood. She had to go through therapy sessions at the age of 7. Her confidence got a huge boost when she joined the acting classes.

"I think my parents saw that acting was the thing that made me fulfilled and happy," she said. Pursuing acting saved her from a childhood of anxiety.

The actress' major break came with Superbad. Since then, there was no looking back for her. Apart from The Amazing Spider-Man series, Stone also starred in movies like Crazy Stupid Love, Zombieland, and more.

The actress also hinted about his ex-beau and Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield. The two actors parted ways in October 2015. However, Stone neither officially spoke about her relationship with Andrew nor spoke anything about their separation.

According to Movie News Guide, "the 28-year-old actress added that handling fame isn't just easy. Certainly, it comes at the cost of peace and privacy at times."
