Jennifer Garner is rumoured to be upset with Ben Affleck's history with alcohol addiction. Though the actress is worried about his health, she feels it is now the Argo star's girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus' problem.

The Hollywood A-lister had sought help for alcohol abuse back in 2001. A source told In Touch: "[Jen] feels like Ben's drinking is Lindsay's problem now. Of course, Jen worries about Ben's health because is the father of her children [Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5], but she feels like she's done everything she can to help him over the years. It's Lindsay's turn."

"Jen is very surprised that Lindsay is drinking around Ben. But she feels that ultimately it's up to [Lindsay] how she wants to handle the situation," the insider added.

In March, Affleck had revealed that he completed a stint in rehab to treat his alcohol addiction. The 44-year actor opened up the treatment on his official Facebook page.

The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice actor wrote: "I have completed treatment for alcohol addiction; something I've dealt with in the past and will continue to confront."

The actor further added: "I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step."

Affleck also thanked Garner for her support through the ordeal. He said: "I'm lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, Jen, who has supported me and cared for our kids as I've done the work I set out to do. This was the first of many steps being taken towards a positive recovery."
