Japan's popular fashion mall 'Lumine' to be launched in Singapore

Singapore Fashionistas would be filled with joy as Japan's popular fashion mall Lumine is all set to open on November 25 in the Lion City at Clarke Quake Central Mall.It is a first of its kind to be launched in Singapore and outside Japan.

The retail mall covers around 10,000sq ft on the second floor of Clarke Quay Central, where the new stores offer more than 20 Japanese fashion brands as well as first Lumine Cafe.

The retail space will feature fashion labels like Tomorrowland, Fray.ID, shoes and accessories brands like Le Talon, room shop, and eyewear brand Zoff.

The fashion mall has introduced a new concept called the 'Lumina Lab', that consists of upcoming fashion brands, where the first collection in the 'lab' showcases fancy brands like Emoda, Murua, Mercuyduorienda and Couture.

Lumine fashion mall is one of the leading developers of shopping centers in Tokyo catering 16 centers, alongside Shinjuku Lumine as the main mall that attracts more number of Japanese to its mall and is popular since 1991. It is also recognized as a symbol of solidity, creativity, quality, and consistency in business.

Lumine offers premium services and partnership both nationally and internationally especially in the world of fashion. Singapore was chosen to launch their mall because of its popularity as a global city and for having the most multicultural places in Southeast Asia. They hope this will expand cultural exchanges between Singapore and Japan.

They are zeroing on women in Singapore as these women can experience the changing diversity of Japanese fashion. Naokazu Kozakai, the managing director of the Lumine mall said that Singapore is a space for a test bed for Japanese brands and aims to share and explore the diversity of Japanese fashion and craftsmanship to Singapore with a vision to create a new line of fashion culture.

This is the first Lumine store to be opened outside Japan and is expected to replicate the shopping experience of 16 branches of Japanese districts like Shinjuku, Ikebukuro so on with priced under $15-$850.
