Goblin: Lee El couldn't hold back tears while recording heart-wrenching final scene

In the special episode, Lee El with the voice of Grandmother Sam Shin introduces the love story of Kim Shin and Eun Tak.

'Goblin' has been really special for the viewers as well as for the cast and crew of the drama as it became a huge hit and broke several viewership and OST records. It has been more than two weeks since the show aired its last episode but the fans are not over with it. The cast members were seen uploading pictures and videos have been trying to recollect all the good memories together.

Recently, in the special episode of 'Goblin' which aired on February 3 with some behind-the-scenes clips revealed that Lee El couldn't help shedding tears when narrating one of the saddest scenes in the tvN series.

The captivating story touched the heart of Lee El who played the Grandmother Samshin in the tvN series and couldn't hold back tears while recording the narration for the scene in the drama where Kim Shin (played by Gong Yoo) turns to dust and ashes in front of Eun Tak (Kim Go Eun).

In the special episode, Lee El with the voice of Grandmother Sam Shin introduces the love story of Kim Shin and Eun Tak. Lee El started the narration by mentioning them as "special children I have chosen to bless," and went on to explain that she had "no choice but to interfere in their relationship for the sake of my children."

Lee El was seen crying as she narrates the heart-wrenching scene. The scenes plays through her narration and Lee El starts crying as soon as Kim Shin turns into ashes and vanishes into the air while Eun Tak is seen wailing in agony and mourning.

However, Lee El ended the narration successfully and informed the viewers about the second special episode with several behind-the-scene clips. In the next episode, Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook was seen fighting to win over Yook Sungjae's heart.
